Engineering and growth for mobile products
Tentwise assembles a dedicated team for your app — product design, iOS, Android, backend, and paid acquisition — and runs it from scope to scale.
Why teams hire us
Staffed to your scope
You pay for the roles your project actually needs. We size the team to the work and adjust it as the project moves.
One point of accountability
Designers, engineers, and media buyers report to the same lead. You get one status update, not four vendor calls.
Built to be promoted
Acquisition is planned while the product is still being designed, so the app ships ready to advertise instead of needing rework.
What we do
Mobile app development
We take a product from concept to a published listing, or take over an app that is already live and move it forward.
Product discovery and scoping · UX and interface design · iOS and Android development · Backend and integrations · App Store and Google Play release · Post-launch maintenance
User acquisition and growth
We plan and run paid acquisition against the economics of your product, and keep optimizing after launch.
Channel planning · Creative production · Campaign setup and management · App store optimization · Attribution and reporting · Ongoing optimization
Lead generation and traffic acquisition
We generate qualified leads and drive contextually relevant advertising traffic for your mobile product, using the same channels, tracking, and reporting we run for app campaigns.
Audience and offer research · Landing page and funnel production · Contextual and interest-based targeting · Native, display, and search placements · Lead capture, validation, and delivery · Attribution and reporting
Backend and architecture consulting
Available as a standalone engagement, with or without development work.
Architecture review for mobile workloads · Scaling and load planning · Data pipelines and analytics infrastructure · Second opinion on an existing design

How we engage
-
Scope
We review your product, your goals, and your constraints, and put the work into a written scope with deliverables and a timeline.
-
Team
We assemble the roles the scope calls for and introduce you to the people who will do the work.
-
Build
We design and develop in scheduled increments, with a standing review so you see progress before it is finished.
-
Launch
We prepare the store listings, set up tracking and attribution, publish, and start the first acquisition campaigns.
-
Grow
We report on results, retire what underperforms, and expand what works — on both the product and the campaigns.
How we staff a project
Tentwise does not sell a fixed headcount. Every engagement starts with the scope, and the team is built to match it.
A new product typically needs a product designer, an iOS and an Android engineer, a backend engineer, and a media buyer. An app that is already live and needs growth may need only a buyer, a creative producer, and an analyst.
Roles are added and removed as the project moves through its stages, so you are not paying for specialists who have nothing to do that month.
A project lead stays on the engagement from the first call to the last report and remains your single point of contact throughout.
Working with Tentwise
We are set up to be onboarded as a vendor without friction.
-
Confidentiality first. We sign an NDA before scoping and treat your product, code, and data as confidential by default.
-
Standard contracting. We work under a Master Services Agreement with individual Statements of Work, and can work under your paper or ours.
-
U.S. vendor onboarding. As a U.S.-registered LLC we can complete Form W-9, supplier registration, and your procurement paperwork.
-
Clear invoicing. Service fees and media budgets are quoted and invoiced separately, so you always see what you are paying for.
-
Overlapping hours. We keep working hours that overlap with U.S. business time and answer within one business day.

Yes. We start with a review of the codebase, the store listing, and the acquisition setup, then propose what to fix first.
Either. Many clients start with one and add the other later. Backend consulting is available on its own as well.
No. Leads come from campaigns we run for you, and they are delivered to you and to no one else.
You do. Ownership of deliverables transfers to you under the Statement of Work.

Yes. We sign before scoping, and we can work under your template.
